A property specialist's read on a commercial property you are looking to buy. You bring us the property, we review the lease(s) and the tenant(s), assess the site and its zoning, and analyse the catchment including tenant demand for the space, what is transacting nearby, and what that means for value. You get a clear view of relative yields and a recommended purchase price, the risks to resolve before settlement, and whether the building stacks up for your plans, whether you are buying for income or to occupy it yourself.

Everything in the desktop report, plus we coordinate the physical investigations for you. We organise and manage the building inspections and specialist reports, then bring it all together into one view so you are not chasing consultants yourself.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
$600 setup (for up to 3 leases) + $100 plus GST per month thereafter. Multi-tenant buildings add $15 plus GST per tenant per month.
The simple way to stay on top of your property without paying for full management. You give us your leases once. We load every key date and send you the reminders ahead of time, so you never miss a rent review or a renewal. And when an event comes up, we give you a clear process to follow, so you know exactly what to do. You stay in control. We just make sure nothing slips.
This is not full management. We do not handle your income, your outgoings or your arrears. We track the dates that protect your value and show you how to act on them.

The hands-off option. We manage the asset end to end and pay the net rental straight to you, with a clear report every month. You own it. We run it, the same way we run our own.
